Rubbermaid Outlet Store Toronto

Banana Cake and Chocolate Rabbit with olives

The cake is a recipe today that I really love to do and that I have plagiarized from the blog of my friend Anna, is very good, like children and can be used when the bananas are too ripe and not eat any more.

INGREDIENTS 125g butter at room temperature
250 g sugar 2 ripe bananas

20 cl of cream or equal amount of yogurt

2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma
300 grams of cake flour mill Lipstick

a pinch of salt 1 / 2 tablespoon baking cakes for
150 grams of dark chocolate icing sugar to decorate

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
the butter with 200 grams sugar until fluffy, add egg yolks one at a time and continue beating, add the mashed bananas, sour cream or yogurt and flavor, add flour sifted with baking powder, little time , then the egg whites with a pinch of salt and the remaining 50 grams of sugar.
Place half the mixture into a greased and floured cake pan, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool a bit, colarla zig-zag on the cake, cover with the remainder of the mixture and bake for 50 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
