Carolina Cell Respiration



costume for the test we are now inexorably late, but this soup is really good, fresh and with virtually zero calories


INGREDIENTS 1 onion 1 strain

lettuce 1 large potato

salt 1 tablespoon of butter or vegetable broth

ENFORCEMENT

Cut the onion and put it to dry in the butter, in the meantime, wash the lettuce and cut it when the onion is ammosciata (term loooong technical) to add the lettuce and let it dry too, in the meantime, peel the potato and cut into large dice, add the lettuce, season with salt and cook a minute, cover with water or vegetable stock (in this case we should not add salt before) put a lid and cook for about 1 hour, blend with the blender and enjoy your meal.
